We understand our guests occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do so we ask for at least 24 hours notice or 50% of the treatment will be charged. Thank you.
Please be advised that due to insurance changes we now require a new patch test for both hair and beauty treatment’s every three months. This does not apply to anybody receiving regular treatment within a three month window. Thank you.
